Well my day did not go as planned....I was in a car accident. The good news is that we (my 2 kids where with me) are all OK....the car not so much :( Just another case of a 16 year old who just got his license and was in a "sports car" and thought he could out run anyone...including turning left onto an intersection others (myself) were driving through. Good news is that he has insurance (as of 2 days ago) and was at fault so I don't have to pay for the repairs...just need to deal with the mess of having them done. So now I am home and got to catch up on work tonight. Hope everyone else is having a better start to their holiday weekend!

Yikes! I am glad to hear everyone is ok.
ReplyDeleteSo good to hear that you and yours were not injured. I hope you are able to get the repairs, or a new vehicle, quickly so you can move on with things as normal.

ReplyDeleteIt's terrible about your car but thank goodness you and the kids were not hurt. I hope he learned his lesson and will not be allowed to drive again until he is 18.

Oh my gosh!! I'm SOOOOOOOOO glad that no one was injured! Happy to hear, also, that you will not be responsible for the cost of repairs. It's still a hassle, though, and I hope all goes smoothly for you!!
